AOL, one of the worst run companies in America from the standpoint of maintaining good customer relations, in the same league as Blockbuster, Ebay/PayPal, and Comcast. This whole business is reminiscent of Blockbuster trying to redeem themselves after totally screwing over their customers. I sure way of wrecking any competitive business is to piss off your customers.
