Why Can't The South Move Forward?

  1. No, it's inside the USA too, and they are advocating for more. It's happening throughout the world, or at least the white world...

Now just imagine if we were to make an argument for all white schools with an "anglocentric" focus. Using the claim that it would benefit white students to go to an all white school, because white children will then not have to be held back by blacks who learn slower and keep the pace of learning for the entire class down. Or so that whites didn't have to be exposed to black on white violence, excessive presence of hard drugs, school shootings, or gang activities, if only they didn't have to go to school with non whites. It would be a national uproar...

Yet, just 50-60 years ago we were having protests and national uproar because we already had all black schools. There were sit ins, riots, all kinds of advocacy campaigns and it was the theme of a whole damn decade. Now they've decided they want different schools again? Trillions of dollars worth of integration later? WTF.

  2. Here is my question:

So far no one has been able to answer it. Why would it be a national uproar? Blacks are 12% of the population and control no corridors of power. So in dealing with true control, whites( broadly speaking) have a lock on it. What is the cause of the uproar.

Are u suggesting that the tail can wag the dog, and if so, why?

  3. It's not about classes, and which is more represented and which group is more represented in positions of power. It's about symmetrical standards applied to all people and all groups. Yet that's not what we have...

Non whites have advantages in the form of easier admissions to universities, federally enforced hiring schemes, extra funding for education, special racially based benefit programs at the national, state, and local levels. They have racially based associations and organizations designed specifically to protect the interests of members of their racial group. Now they are even getting their own schools... Whites are uniquely denied the right to take such measures and claim such benefits. If they dare do so, they pay with their careers and reputations. Racially conferred advantages are not "equality" by any measure. Yet if you want admissions and hiring to be based entirely on merit, and equal funding for all, if you want no racial preferences or advantages conferred whatsoever, then YOU are considered a racist? "Not by the color of her skin, but by the content of her character", this IS what it was all about, right? Well we're spending billions every year in these nonwhite privilege programs... For people to NOT be judged on their merit, but by their race...

If whites wanted the same benefits based on race it would be an international dilemma... It's not about tails wagging dogs or any such thing. It's about asymmetrical standards, and racially based benefits for people simply based on the fact that they are not white.

Note, I'd be fine with all black schools, only if whites were permitted to have them as well. I also don't think that anyone should be forced to attend such a school. Equality, remember? In fact I think it's an admirable effort within the black community to acknowledge that blacks (on average of course, not all individual black men and women) have different learning needs from that of whites, and it would greatly benefit a large portion of their community if they were to be able to pursue an educational framework which is complimentary to those needs, instead of upholding the myth that all groups of people are identical in every way at all costs. That's not my problem. My problem is that it's legitimate and acceptable for blacks to organize along racial lines and pursue interests as a group, but if whites do precisely the same thing, it's somehow a humanitarian crisis. If you can't see this gaping double standard, then I'm afraid I have to accuse you of dishonesty.

  4. The last time I checked it was Illinois and California which were the most bankrupt states, what was that about supporting the South? LOL!

    Most bankrupt states:

    Wisconsin

    Mass.

    Ohio

    Nevada

    New Jersey

    New York

    Michigan

    California

    Illinois

Not one would be considered "southern" except for perhaps Nevada, which is only bankrupt because of the illegal immigration epidemic, which Washington has failed to do anything about. Sorry to burst your delusional bubble...

Can progress and history live side by side? I'd like to think so, but imo, seems progress is graded on destruction of history, pretty shallow concept in my book.

Although whites have all the power, false progress looks like the real thing if only we can clean up the past.

If we take the N word out of Mark Twain, does this measure how modern/progressive we've beccome or have we destroyed ancient history?

Mark Twain is an example of white media in action.

  7. It's about revising history to suit their world view. Kind of like how they changed the wording on monuments in Washington, or how the lefties champion Abe Lincoln with their revised version of history when the TRUTH is that he wanted to abolish slavery and "repatriate" the slaves back to Africa. They leave that last part out for some reason... The fact is that every nation in Europe which had slavery abolished it without a civil war. Yet you don't hear these horrible anti american/anti southern/anti western demagogues who continually indict the South because of slavery (even though the North also had slavery) ever say a SINGLE WORD about the slavery which occurs to this very day. There is slavery on THIS VERY DAY of 2011 in Africa which these same people never so much as mention... Not to mention the slavery in the North, or the many nations in Europe which had it... Ever wonder why that is???

  8. Whites do have all white schools in many areas de facto. And yes, I do see an interesting duplicity in place in fact but I see you and some others complaining about it as if it is the minority who is at fault, when in a representative republic, numbers is what controls the game. As a consequence whites allow whites to be discriminated against. What is legitimate and acceptable is determined by who walks the corridors of power, do you deny this?

A black man sits in the oval office. Simply end affirmative action of every type. Just end it. Quotas hurt those it intends to help anyway.

  9. Progress and history should absolutely live side by side. Failure to do so will lead to a repeat in history. I have seen the same thing about social media. Denying that something happened is very bad. Taking the N word out of mark twain is horrible. Not allowing certain Tom and Jerry cartoons, Little rascals and bug bunny cartoons to be run is equally bad. It is history, the country did look at minorities a certain way. But now we have a black president. Time for everybody to move forward.

  10. Most people who brandish the rebel flag do so politically, not socially. Therefore their interests are diametrically opposed to mine. No different than if I had "black power" on my plates. I would also venture so say that conservative libertarian is an oxymoron, as most libertarians have no interest in imposing a cultural stamp on anything other than to be left alone.
