I had to look that up. That is a seriously nice piece of equipment. About the soreness, when did you last do that movement? And by sore, do you mean actual ~pain or just notable muscle fatigue? The reason I ask is because when I work out, I really do go all out. I have noticeable fatigue in the muscles worked the following day, but I only have what would pass for notable pain/soreness if I didn't work that muscle in over a week. I don't know, maybe it's because I no longer do several sets to failure of the same exercise. But it is not for a lack of holding back.
