Why aren't there any good FX Trading Books out there???

Discussion in 'Forex' started by jackedup, May 5, 2005.

  1. I've looked high and low and there are only a few and they're all pretty damn stupid. Anyone here read one that was actually worth the price of the book?

  2. I'm actually in the process of writing a book on FX trading. If you want to improve what's on offer out there perhaps you could answer a couple of simple questions...
    • What in particular would you like to see included in a "good" FX trading book?
    • What is it about existing books that makes them of so little value?

The more specific you can be, the better the end result will be. Perhaps you'll even score a free copy if your suggestions make a significant difference to the end result.

    Thanks in advance.

    Alex.

I advice you to read "The disciplined trader" by Mark Douglas. It's a very good book for any trader looking to develop winning attitudes.
You can find other good books in www.traderslibrary.com

  4. It's a bunch of psychobabble bs. I read it twice to see if I really didn't like it and I didn't.
