why are traders ugly and fat?

  1. Does this mean that I shouldn't eat any soybeans? I actually like the taste of whole soybeans. I also drink a fair amount of lactose reduced skim milk.

  2. Yeah, I like Divanil as well to increase free-test through a reduction in SBHG. Transdermal formestane is dirt-cheap and very effective.

  3. I wouldn't suggest eliminating them all-together, just don't make them a staple in your diet. A little estrogen is good. Be cognizant of your mood and any possible estrogen fat deposits.

  4. Does Divanil have a higher affinity for SBHG than mesterolone?

Is Formestane's overall affect similar to that of exemestane?

  6. No on Divanil, but it improves lipids. Yes on formestane, but only for heteros.

  7. I average about 2 glasses a day of skim milk and about an ounce or so of roasted soybeans. I admit my moods are not always what they should be, but I am not at all aware any estrogen fat deposits. (I don't even know what they look like.) I'm fairly lean, especially for my age, since I will be hitting 50 later this year. I'm still maintaining the six-pack, but it gets harder as I get older, and I imagine that I am nowhere near as chiseled as some of you diehards. I was my most lean in 1992-93 when I was in my mid-30s. A caliper fat test measured me at 7% at that time. (However, I've been told that the water test, whatever that is, is supposed to be more accurate.) At that time, I was spending about 8 or 9 hours a week at the gym, which is crazy. Presently, I'm probably between 10% and 12% (hopefully), but I'm just guessing. I did notice that the obliques are not cooperating quite like they used to, but I'm still leaner than anyone I personally know who's anywhere near my age. That will have to do. :D

  8. I've been reading up on soy recently, and it seems to have benefits worth considering:

I suppose that for every favorable reference to soy there may well be an unfavorable one. Even so, I think I am going to increase my dietary intake of soy for the time being.

    i eat organic carrots,apples,lettuce/salad,eggs...

Everything you buy at the super market is laced with tons of sugar even healthy foods.Sugar is addictive just like nicotine in cigarettes...Look at Orange juice its got over an ounce of sugar per glass!!!
You have to read the labels to see sugar content.Yogurt an d peanut butter also very hi sugar...I buy all my food at a whole foods type of market...The regular markets are just like big tobacco trying to gwt you hooked on crap food....It took me a long time to quit orange juice.I now drink only water....

I buy organic eggs and chicken for protein...Im not crazy about farmed fish as the food is biomass crazy on mercury....do a google on fish farm food.....

I try to eat as much fruit and veggies as possible.I eat oatmeal for breaky after i have a veggie or apple.I probably eat too much pasta/bread and starchy flour things but i always try to eat a fruit/veggie with it....
