The second comment was clearly in context of singling out that there is no perception game of Trump now being the face and figurehead of the GOP though people.keep.trying to deny it. First comment was made in ANOTHER post about politics. 2 different quotes you cherry picked..just like you said you hate others doing... hmmm hypocrite much.
Right. Wherever you happen to be, everyone else is crazy, eh? Except for that one place where they lock the doors from the outside.
@spy, nothing you think is going to change anything, it's what you do that makes you Batman etc. ET politics has a long history of both left and right ignoring/mocking Randian individualism bollocks. While Wildchild is a janitor, most of these guys are retired or semi, several are wealthy. You are not retired and not in a position of "Fuck you" financially and certainly not "Fuck Everybody" like you probably want to be. Perhaps you are Hodor some crypto. So why not tell us what you will do to make you rich, and not why, somehow in some way, welfare recipients who have neither the time, or training not the inclination for strategic thought are sapping your precious bodily fluids as it were?
So now you're insulting me too? My trading is going very well and I have plenty of money, lol. I thought more highly of you. Still, I can appreciate the ribbing. Nonetheless, it should be easy to read my content and learn that principles still have a place in society. What else can I say?
I understand that. However, I would expect that if perception matters then it would play a role in all situations. My problem is that you want to carve out exceptions as to when the optics matter... they matter for the GOP but not the Dems?!?! That doesn't make sense to me. Maybe to you it's fine... ok, as I said... believe what you want. By all admission I am being critical, that's the point when examining the model thoroughly.
Good to hear. Well forgive me if I took your several posts about having money sent to you a certain way Spy The simple fact is that a few percent of any normal population are quite incapable of supporting themselves in the modern world. They would have been eaten by a leopard or stepped on by a mammoth but that does not happen anymore. Being just IQ 70 or in and out of mental disorder is what it is. They are citizens, most of us are inclined not to let them starve or suffer for no reason even if we don't get anything in return. How this humanitarian assistance is provided is the debate, with Republicans preferring it to trickle down through churches and such as that makes it easier to buy their stairways to heaven. The majority just want it handled by the state and not being god botherers, don't need the heaven coupons. Most of Europe is like this and full of well adjusted athiests too. Its just a fact that it takes more resources to try and force very marginal people into work as they require more management time resource than they produce in value. People are not inherently lazy, they need a sense of purpose and the few who don't make shit employees. It is also a fact that their tiny amount of resource needs does not affect any of us climbing the position of Fuck you much at all, it may even help. Unless you are Trump, then use your sense of injury to fuel your being. Or many religous Israelis. Or Iain Paisley. Etc etc
Life is full of seemingly intractable dilemmas. And, I'm happy to disagree respectfully on how to address them.
