How come nobody thinks that black runners being faster is racist? To be consistent you must think that, or are you in hiding? Black smarts, genetic or environmental? I think some of both, several studies show black kids raised in white households lag as well. After we wasted 40 years and trillions of dollars, liberals are exasperated at their failures with educating black kids. Nowadays liberals actually fall back to what many of us more rational types have been saying all along, black parenting sucks. Ask Obama who had to raise him.
