Why are Asians being targeted by black youths for robberies and burglaries?

Remember, it's not racism if it's black on non-black. But if it were non-black on black, then it would be deemed racist. Smh @ double standards in the black race.

there is some truth in both (Ricter's & AAAinthe Beltway's) remarks. I have a friend who is a social worker in Mississippi. He tells me that black parents are telling their children that "the white man is the devil".
