Hi folks, I am in the process of trying to create method(s) that define an edge. I have read Acrarys thread on system trading and some other of his related posts. Are there any other posters who I would benefit from reading their posts, or any threads worth reading? Not to come empty handed, heres a nice link to a free statistics and probability course which is good for a refresh or introduction, its from Berkeley's web cast series. http://webcast.berkeley.edu/course_details_new.php?seriesid=2010-B-87405&semesterid=2010-B Kind Regards Mark
For the sake of not going through each of those lectures, can you please summarize what did you like from each of them. Hope I'm not asking for much.
The lectures kinda take you through the basics, averages, std dev, histograms, standard curve, z value table, etc. I am only up to lecture 6, I skipped one on scatter diagrams (5 I think). This TOC of this book is what the course it taught from in order. http://www.amazon.com/Statistics-4t...=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1269893493&sr=8-1 Click look inside then table of contents. Mark
