emr global i'm willing to bet you filled your taxes very very late and ignored the irs's letters. since the irs only had your total sales they assesed axes like all your stock sales were profits since they didn't have your buy prices on your stocks. and if they put a lien on you you had to have been 2 plus years late filing
I'm glad this all in jest as the IRS guidelines for trader status are a joke.
