Remember when Obama said "Because i am a constitutional law professor, i will respect the law unlike president bush" while he was campaigning in 08? Obama and his administration are the most crooked administration ever, they just view the law as something that doesnt apply to them.
So true. They view campaign finance laws as only applying to republicans. Come to think of it, they seem to feel the same way about tax laws, sexual harrassment laws, War Powers Act, etc.
