Just using a very realistic way of looking at things. Put yourself in Ron Paul's shoes, how would you react if someone bribes you with a shit tons of money. Although I would give Ron Paul credit for being the most honest out of the bunch, however.... men do get bought with money. That's why terrorist wear bombs and blow themselves up, that's why the truckers do runs for cartels, that's why husbands auctioned off their wives as hookers... Money, it's the root of all evil. And since Bernanke controls the money supply, you think he's going to let some old timer give him a hard time.

  2. Not sure Paul would be able to affect changes in the Fed regardless of his intentions.

But if he is among the most principled of elected leaders and even he succumbs to the influence of big money, then we all truly have no hope... might as well just bend over and grease up.

My prediction is one of three things will happen:

    1. Ron Paul will be killed.

    2. The Dems will keep control.

    3. The power that be will switch from the Fed to something else.

But one thing won't happen. Those who have the power will not give it up, not with out a fight.

  5. My best guess is that the Fed has anticipated something such as Ron Paul's oversight for awhile and that they are prepared to continue using more backdoor monetization, but would be more than willing to make it seem like they are playing fair to appease all of the critics.

  6. Not everyone can be bought, you are naive if you think so.

  7. Do not worry. Kane will protect Ron Paul.

Kane is a strong supporter of Ron Paul. Kane was actively involved in "End the Fed" campaign.

  10. It is a known fact Paul keeps most of his money in gold and goldstocks.

I wonder if he would change his strategy once in a position to maybe make a difference.
