OK, let me point something out there that appears to me that you might be missing. Now why would a government with unlimited power go after the porn and the drug industry? Could it be perhaps because these industries are making a tax free fortune? Hmm, I don't know, you tell me. I know a lot of the porn industry is taxed but there is an enormous chunk that goes untaxed. All governments, whether republican or democrat, are going to go after these industries because of the sheer amount of tax free income they are generating. I can assure you, this is not a moral argument. If you had any idea how many of your elected officials are using your tax dollars to buy some blow and score a hooker it would blow your mind, no pun intended.

Yeah, I got a kick out of Mavs uninformed comments as well Reardon. It was a Fed case all the way.

Rearden relax, that is one guy, and he obviously was used for political purposes, like that doesn't happen anywhere else. I would say 99% of the war on drugs is fought at the local level, not the federal level. I'm telling you man, all these f*cking high times reading potheads love to harp on Ashcroft because it gives their mission a central person to focus on, but blaming Aschcroft for our drug laws is ridiculous and look, I don't even like the guy. I am not trying to defend him but some of the potheads need to put their joints down for a few seconds and examine this issue a little more closely.
