I see. Trump had to defend himself on the specific elements of criminal charges but apparently because he was a grifter or something as you say, that is sufficient to support the criminal charges. Conversely, you think Biden should not be charged with specific crimes if there is probable cause because he is not Trump. Quite a legal mind you got there dude. OR NOT. If he had not been pardoned, he would go before an independent judiciary and could defend himself from there, just as I said Trump did.
