who watches 24?

  1. nitro,

24 RULES. this is the only show that i've ever taped each week so that i can watch every episode at least 2x. the show's season consists of 24 episodes. each episode represents 1 hour in real time. so the whole season is 24 hours, 1 day. this season's day is about a nuclear bomb set to go off the current day. the main character, jack bauer (kiefer sutherland), is trying to stop it. this show will do anything. don't expect anyone to live or die. the show always has a bunch of things going on at once with the different characters. there are always new twists that make it very interesting. each episode always ends with you saying to yourself, "no, it didn't just end there!" you'll always want to know what is going to happen next with the scenes. it's awesome.

watch it this tuesday, 9pm est, on fox.

p.s. if you think that you've missed too much because you haven't seen the first few episodes, don't worry. last season i missed the first 8 episodes and i still LOVED it. just start watching it, trust me.

Another fine episode tonight. From the trailers, it looks like things will really heat up next week. Jack's jet going down at the end of tonights episode? OK, we know he'll survive (most likely). But that is about as predictable as it has ever been. Maybe he won't survive. That would be a mindblower.

But Nina? Will she make it? And the guy with the info who's on the jet?

We only know that George has to die before he end of the "day" (season) and that LA will get saved. But at what price? Remember last season.

President's ex-wife? She has to be up to no good. But how and why?

    I love this show!!!!!

    (and Elisha's body!!!)

  7. man.. tonight's episode blew my mind. i really have no idea what to expect now. the mahmoud faheen guy is dead. after nina slit his throat, one of the guys on the plane said he's dead. nina claims to have gotten out of him where the bomb is, though...but can she be trusted?

as for L. A. being saved, i really don't eliminate the possibility of the bomb going off. actually, i'd bet the bomb does go off.

i don't know why the plane is having trouble. could be a missile, bomb, sabotage..or maybe just mechanical, but i doubt that.

how about bob warner and the cia? do you believe him? and those people that kidnapped kate and the investigator...makes you ask a lot of questions.

then you have the reporter on tv.. that guy armiss was supposed to be watching him. how'd he get out? if you remember, we were told that roger stanton is eric rayburn's boss. rayburn kept on trying to evacuate L. A. when sherry entered the reporter's room, roger stanton was right outside the door with armiss. maybe roger did something to armiss to let the reporter get out? after all, it is being questioned what stanton is up to.

well i love this show.. it makes me question everything. it's very deep and so are the characters..i love it.

p.s. the scene last week with george mason and his son was great, imo. mason rules!

also, unfortunately, i think there's no 24 for 2 weeks. the next 2 tuesdays are christmas eve and new year's eve.

Oh, sorry....I figured you were on last season's episodes. I don't think you can catch up with this season until after it's over. (or read the summaries at fox.com/24.

I will not divulge any more of the plot though cause I wouldn't want to blow it for you..

    Peace,

Gordon, you are amazing. I love the show too....but how do you remember every characters names? I must be in the early stages of senility. To me they are faces (with exceptions of main characters).

Hell, Gordon. If you have a memory like that, come trade with me. Tell me what happened the last time a trade was set up like one that comes along, and what the results were last time!

    Peace,
    :)rs7

PS: Mason does rule! And yet he will die. And look where he was last season....good guy, suspect, good guy...very well written scripts. But still, Gordon, you need to explain to me why Jack was ordered to shoot Nina last season by the bad guys if she was one of them?!?! Did you ever catch that episode?

  10. yes, i did. gaines didn't know that nina was a mole for the drazens. gaines was the guy that told jack to shoot nina. nina was the drazen's mole - part of plan B, which gaines knew nothing about.
