Not true. There are plenty of CTAs out there with minimums of 50k to 100k in their fund structure. Some of them might show you once a month snapshots on their fact sheets but they won't tell you jack if you demand to see daily positions.
My dog Honestly, if you have a diverse enough set of managers/strategies, nobody can figure out where your alpha is from it. Plus, most allocators have legal obligations not to share specific details about any fund positions.
