Does anyone know where I can find information about who is providing index options volume? For example, the NYSE releases information showing that about 30% of its volume is program trading, futures provide Commitment of Traders (large speculators, commercials, etc.). Who is trading what amount of volume of index options? Thanks for any assistance.
