I'm surprise you're interested in trading cryptocurrencies. You seem more like the fund type or someone interested wealth management via fund advisory.

Yeah tons of "accredited traders" in the buyside for sure...

The markets decide when a trader makes money. If you have the skills, you have the technology, the market provides an opportunity, and there is little downside risk, you're going against evolution not to. Plus crypto has moved towards capital trading which is my preferred area, if I can generate $15k with 4hrs of work, path of least resistance, which puts me at the same hourly rate as the CSuite consultants, I'm a happy little camper. Just as well I have HFT grade compounding in forex and futures, the capital trades in those assets are few and far between. Still waiting for oil to go down to $18, without crypto that would be a long wait, it's also quite interesting to watch the frontrunning at places like Coinbase.

Do you mean WTI or Brent? If so, that comment is troll bait.

Well except your process is structured around "after the fact" hence why you block viewing post history, ease of changing narrative. The only small discrepancy there is that Google indexes everything, but not to worry. You seem to think I care if oil went up to $150 first, I don't, but capital trading uses very different, what many would quote as not run of the mill, techniques, insight, patience, knowledge of the end result! Capital can trade income, income can't trade capital, I need a dollar dollar, a dollar is what I need!

I just ran the numbers, it's coming back with a range of $12 to $20, over the next year or so, but I have access to the Insight algos, only the funds get to see that, everyone else gets the as-it-happens model. So I'll post the model screenshot when it triggers, right, the income traders would go underwater before that happens, that's a tricky predicament. Technically oil should start rolling over to the downside, but given it is the most manipulated market in the world that doesn't mean a great deal.

Are accredited traders psychics? Where is this crystal ball that pegs oil at $18 in a year? If correct buying puts (ITM), on the ETF, a year out would make a fortune.

Dunno. This thread made me restore faith in humanity though. If the worst scum of the earth, traders, can't even agree on who to ignore, we're not too bad off.

I tend to ignore manually, but am ashamed to say some very select spammers made the list so far.

Except "but given it is the most manipulated market in the world that doesn't mean a great deal" puts a small wrinkle in that. One trade advice from experience, wait for the perfect trade, I made some tests on what you are suggesting to trade to the entry target. The best I managed was 50/50 win/loss, and that's coming from a 99%, actually more like 99.9%, win rate methodology. You can, but your profitability with materially suffer, the markets have perfected punishing greed, unless you are the market maker, then it's rewarded.

The tone has changed significantly here over the years. Many of the great posters and guys who could be counted on to enhance a discussion have been run off by the diarrhea and influx of arrogant pikers pretending to hold court and possess the keys to the kingdom. It's unfortunate but I guess it reflects society as a whole these days.
