President Diem was overthrown and executed, along with his brother, on 2 November 1963. Killed November 2, 1963 President Diem South Vietnam ordered by CIA

Killed November 22, 1963 President Kennedy

It's no coincidence these two presidents were BOTH assasinated 20 days apart!

and in the 1970's UN resolution banned gov't ordered assasination of state leaders, go figure.

IMO, the assasination of Diem was the cause of 50,000 dead US soldiers in the vietnam war. somebody made a bad mistake at the CIA.
