Does anybody know Who regulates prop firms? Can anybody start one or you need some qualifications ? I looked everywhere but could not find anything.
I am with Golden Market Management and I know they have the proper license to do business in Canada I did a lot of searching and Golden and Swift where the ONLY 2 regulated firms. This is why I chose them and am personally very happy.
