Buit it looks like these vaccinations damaged your brains... or replaced it by two extra arms.
Which leads us to the next question: do women like you for the extra arms or for the lack of brains?

You see to what Covid can lead us. Soon all vaccinated people will have two extra arms, so you will get less interest from women as there will be more competition for you.

Can you send a picture how women use your two extra arms, which are on you back???

CDC finally advises to get the booster shot. I know they usually look at the bigger, international picture, but in a pandemic, every nation is for themselves.

The only difference now is that they are no longer prioritizing the vulnerable individuals in the population to go first.

Now...anyone can get a booster shot as in first come...first serve. :D

This is normal public health policy as governments traverse from a Pandemic to an Endemic.

That hasn't been the case since last July. Plenty of places and time anyone could have got a shot if they wanted to.

Changing the topic slightly China will learn that Omicron is bigger than the CCP. They are trying the zero Covid policy and that just won't work against Omicron no matter how many mayors they fire. Yesterday they tried to lock down a 20 MM city. Even if it works once, life doesn't stop, there will always be new visitor/ new cases, so zero Covid is an impossible goal.

They should just ask me.... [shaking my head]

Locked down Chinese at 50MM. Solution is simple but it is not lock down. Give Pfizer shots to everyone over 50 (kinda late but hey they screwed it up), maybe lock them down for 2 weeks, but let everyone else live their lives and get natural immunity. It is gonna happen anyway, so you might as well swallow your pride and change strategy.

As for the West, you can kiss goodbye to your new iPhone or anything that comes from China.

This is how you go from first to last, Hong Kong:

    https://www.nbcnews.com/news/world/hong-kong-covid-outbreak-rcna20033

How Hong Kong went from 'zero-Covid' to the world's highest death rate

    Reasons:

    1. Very low rate of vaccination among the elderly due to skepticism about their government, it is around 35%.
    2, Crowded living quarters, streets.
    3. False sense of security due to previous success.
    4. Nothing really stops Omicron, not even zero-Covid.

A nice counter example would be New Zealand, where almost everyone is vaccinated and they recently opened up. Yet Omicron is not wrecking havoc.

South Korea's daily infection hit 600K. That is equivalent of 4 MM infections in the US, for comparison.

"BA.2’s reproductive number — how many other people each infected person goes on to infect on average — is around 10. With stringent public health measures like social distancing, frequent testing, and quarantining, the reproductive number dropped to 2 or 3, “which is a very substantial reduction, but not enough to prevent an outbreak from occurring,”"

    https://www.vox.com/22977354/covid-19-outbreak-omicron-ba2-hong-kong-south-korea-china-asia-vaccine

“Almost all of the severe cases and deaths have occurred in unvaccinated people, so it doesn’t seem that declining immunity is playing a major role,”
