The tourist vs. residents being in the hospitals is an interesting take, I will look into that, although I am not sure if info is available. At one point DeathSentence was not including non-residents, because it helps with the stats Nevertheless, if I am in a car accident down there and I die because of the ICU is full of dumbass unvaxxed covid patients, I don't really care if they are tourists or residents. So FL may get a bad reputation although it is the "tourists" that fucks up their stats, I say it is the unvaxxed unpatriotic irresponsible people who do that, irregardless of residency. Since I am a number's kind of guy: FL's population: 21.5 MM Baron: 70 MM/year tourists Most vacations are a week long. With an even distribution over the year (I know it is not) that would give FL 70/50=1.4 MM extra people per week. Even if I account for non-even distribution, and say during the summer it is 5 times more people than the weekly average, that is 7 MM extra, or 30% more than the usual residency. Guess what? FL's Covid numbers are not 30% but 3 times more than the average US numbers. So no, it is NOT the tourists....(I am not saying they don't contribute to the spread, but they are not filling up the hospitals instead of the residents) Texas doesn't have as much tourists as FL, yet they are in the very same situation. So are Mississippi and Louisiana.
That's some of the worst math I've ever seen. Seriously. I could sit here and shred your "math" to pieces in about two seconds and I don't even need @destriero to help me. The number of tourists are not evenly distributed amongst all of Florida first of all. The vast majority of the tourist population comes to Orlando and Miami, not ALL OF FLORIDA. So instead of using the entire population of Florida, plug your number of yearly tourists to Orlando into your equation using the population of Orlando (not all of Florida) and tell me how your numbers change.
As I mentioned earlier, Louisiana's and Mississippi's numbers are actually WORSE than FL's. Do they have a bunch of tourists there to be blamed? And again, it is not the vaxed tourists who get sick and need hospitalization. Another fun fact: thanks to DeSantis, they don't even include non-residents in the case count!!! Got my JNJ shot 2 months ago. 39 degrees temp. Vomited. By the next evening was eating cake with a smile. Now can sit in a middle of coffee shop & draw. Life became much more, - simple. All of the nurses from my moms hospital got it this march. 14 survived. One 55 y.o overweight died. Also a overweight husband of one nurse (40 y.o) died. But man waited for... 13 days before they took him out to the hospital. Sister has asthma. Had covi. Nothing happened. Hmnn. Ogh. Let's hope this s is over soon.
I was off my feet for 4 days with covid in March 20, then 2 days after my first Astra jab in Jan 21, 0 days after second Astra jab. No illness since then and no lasting issues. I'm ready to go for a 2nd Astra booster in the next few months if they say its needed, also a flu jab (now recommended but I've not had one before). When I'm medically more competent than my doctor, I'll start ignoring what she says.
So people should get jahbed with an experimental drug with bad short term side effects including death and blood clots, no long term testing, just incase you crash your car badly and need the ICU lol Is it not more likely being double jabbed that you'll need the ICU because your double jabbed and most of the patients are double jabbed? Problem is boosters for life and after Pfizer booster you can recatch Pfizer 2nd dose worse side effects wise than 1st, so 3rd?? We'll see, atleast Astra is old tech, not experimental. Ex wife had Pfizer, didn't tell anyone, 17 year old daughters periods stopped, 1000s of cases of this,. Crazy stuff going on. Had covid, wasn't a big deal, been around people with since amd recently not recaught so why take anything? Also there us atleast 2 trearments, 1 posted here and discussed march last year, why did they shoot them down to allow millions of deaths world wide, when there proven to be 98% effective recently, cheap well tested safe and iff patent, surely no jabs needed with these treatments, so why keep pushing a jab. I'll add jab doesn't stop you getting or spreading or getting ill, hard to prove reduces deaths.
Flu Jab using experiment mRNA aswell not like Asta. They triend mRNA jabs for Corona viruses in the 60s, everybody died so they stopped. All the animals die in the recent trials aswell, so they skipped them. Very very legitimate long term risk, which is being played down, there lying when the say 100% safe, 98% short term safe, !ong term unkown, are you still happy to take? Keep it a choice and you take your chance, force it on all and it's population control.
