Who offers hourly FX spot quotes going back to the early 90s?

At a reasonable price. I know a few but for 6 pairs it runs in the $8k range. Surely it can be had for less, anyone know where? I don't mean free, but reasonably lower than this ridiculous price.

 

I do not know if they have it or not, but I'd check with CSI Data.
