Before the Federal Reserve, the US government printed its own money. What the Federal Reserve does is print money our government needs and charges us interest for doing so! Also, it is a private bank and not part of the Federal Government as some people think! We do not need the Federal Reserve. We did fine before it was enacted into law.

  7. There is some sensible justification for keeping money creation out of politics. But in the era of blockchain, it should be done automagically and delivered directly to the pockets of the people.

It is a lame excuse to enrich the bankers who own the Federal Reserve. Why else would they create something that benefits them only? Monetary policy should be run by government agencies where they can be held responsible if they abuse their powers. Federal Reserve is accountable to no one!

They say Kennedy wanted to end the Fed. Didn't turn out well for him.
