No pole vaulting here but somehow intriguing all the same:

I'm beginning to think that maybe the pole itself has nothing to do with the attraction...

Work? I used to do that once. But now I have my principles.

 

Need to dig up video of the Australian hurdler who did a little warm up dance before her races. Hurdles were never so interesting.
