  1. I read just fine .... If you did you would have read that I am not even a member of his room.

Your the one that made this personal by quoting me in the first place moron.

Now you want to challenge my trading skills? LOL

Contrary to your assertion, apparently you haven't learned to read. Where in my post to you did I challenge your trading skills? Please point it out, would ya.

As for getting personal, you make a post in a public forum, and then take it as an affront when someone quotes you? C'mon, grow up.

And what's with the name calling? I guess you really are insecure.

Anyhow, have a great life, I really don't want to waste anymore of my time trading barbs with you. Its pointless...

    Ciao...

I've seen moderators in some rooms take the farthest the market has ticked in their direction after entry as the exit point of their trades then post track records showing how profitable they are even though the exits are all fake.

They spell this out in their TOS but few members in the rooms realize the posted performance is fictitious because of the fake exits.

  5. These are your words ... are they clear enough!!!

So that's 2 assaults on my character and I don't even know you.

The fact of the matter is that I do agree with you to a certain degree about the room that's why I stopped going as did you.

I just think that given the choice of woodie's' room or the myriad of other vendor/thieves out there , that can't trade for beans.

I choose woodie's anyday...this is my only point.

He does allot more good than bad and that's the last time I will say it.

I can be a good person and take your money at the same time.

Sigh.... OK, one more time. Please learn to read. "Assault on your character" ???

Sheesh, bud, you really do have some kind of a problem. How the heck is my ability to take your money an assault on your character? (Please don't answer that... LOL).

    Bye

If that's your idea of character assault, you really need to get out more. :(

  8. No db it wasn't this particular quote that I was referring to mostly.

He quoted me early and grouped me into the woodie fanatic crowd in his earlier post that I was mostly referring too.

Alot of people start to read the threads and they don't follow them through most of the time because they are so anxious to get thier opinions in, they miss important follow up posts but he's new in the room so I will let it slide, we are both saying the same thing anyhow.:)

  9. the right question in this forum should be--- what exactly is the CCI ? CCI or commodity channel index is a basic technical tool----- with many many flaws, nothing magical as mr. woodie guru would have his followers believe. the following link provides an excellent expose' on the indicator. you can see the MULTITUDE of whipsaws that occur should one be silly enough to just use CCI as reccomended by the room founder.

marketsurfer, that's an interesting chart. And while it may be true that using Lambert's methods would result in whipsaws given that particular example, are you aware that with Woodie's cci techniques, the results would have been far better?

As drbob stated much earlier in this thread; it's not about the indicator only, it's in the interpretation.

Folks, just come to the room and see how it's done there (after reading some of the material on the site). Or don't. You'll either find that it helps you, or you won't. It's really that simple.

Woodie's not 90 btw, but that's irrelevant. And we show him respect because he's organized something which has helped many of us. It's hardly hero worship, although I can see how it might rub some the wrong way for a variety of reasons. It's not easy to keep a room of 500+ together and on the same page. Sometimes all we're doing is offering moral support.
