Who is this dumb bitch that McCain picked as VP Nominee?

  1. I agree it IS easy. Michelle said her daughters are her first thought in the morning and last thought in the evening. Sally, Sarah or whatever her name is has an infant with special needs and 4 other mostly young children who SHOULD be her FIRST responsibility. I think Michelle is far more beautiful in every way than those underdone chicks.

Conservative values are sound. solid, and steadfast. Conservatives values are absolute , immune to current culture or polling.

If you believe in the right of life for a fetus then you can't agree to incest/rape abortions.

If the purpose of nature is the reproduction of life then you can't agree with gay marriage.

If you feel local people are in a better position to help the needy then you can't accept massive government dependency programs.

Unlike liberals, who's core beliefs sway with the wind, it is less necessary to have met Sarah because her values hold tight.

I recommend you read his speech, not just listen to it.

If you read it you will find it shallow , empty, lacking detail, but lots of flowery prose.

To inspire hope is important. More important is how. Self earned success is more satisfing then one offered by the goverment

  4. you are not being rude to women...his choice is an INSULT to women...while she may have done some good things in her short time in public office I can't help but wonder if she has ever actually READ the constitution.

  5. I will take the time to read it. BTW have YOU read the constitution and the bill of rights? I do not expect a speech to have details and specifics, actions are what will be most important and I BELIEVE that OBAMA will be honest and his actions will make Americans proud to be Americans once again.

every election we get a plethora of well written speeches, obama is the best orator we have seen and will see for a long time,he could sell ice to an eskimo. Every election we end up with a dem or a repub and the inept political machine that is in place is gauranteed another 4 years .will obama or mccain be able to change that, well of course we can all hope. I hope i come in long or short 1 day and the dow moves 1000 points in my favor. So for all the mopes who are taking sides dem or rep,you are foolish to think there are 2 sides. You can look at it from the front or the back ,it's just one machine.

  7. I am disinclined to vote for a Palin ticket on moral-grounds. Palin, being a evangelical, is definitely not into the reverse cowgirl or any possibility of a 3-way. The whole "sex for procreation" is a turn off.

  8. I saw some footage of Sarah Palin. By all appearances, she's no slouch with an assault rifle. Seems John McCain found himself a new gun moll.

  9. Hmm, kinda' what a community activist is supposed to be good at doing. Inspiring the masses! No clue what to do them afterwards though. Just get 'em hyped until the person with the answers comes along. You then claim the cred for motating the people and the success is tagged yours! That's the process. Jesse prefected it. Al uses it. Barak echos it!! And somehow they're all claimed in their own right to be brilliant. Outside of politics and fund rasing there wasn't a real job held between them as adults. Go figure.

Here's the concept that you need to get your heads around. A motivational speaker IS supposed to motivate. People, Barak is a motivational speaker in political clothing!! Ministerial tonations in speeches based on things you want to loft up to are Barak's forte. He moves the black community because he sounds like the preacher on Sunday morning. No more, no less. His support here is based mostly on two factors. The second of which is race!! There, I said it!!!

Wake up and come away from the hyponotic chanting and show me the meat in his personal background that warrants YOUR PERSONAL support! As for the rest of his support, a major portion of that too can be quantified. People are seriously wanting, crying out, to just feel good. We've been "feeling bad" according to the media for years. We're just not a happy bunch. Yeah, you might be doing ok, but your neighbor is hurting and you need to feel for him.

Ladies and gentlemen, we're looking for a leader of a country. Someone with real concepts and concrete ideas and, an idea of how to get there. That requires quite a bit more than Barak contains. Barak Obama, look deep for substance and don't just believe the hype!! :)

  10. I think so, too. And although we won't know until we know, I think it's worth a shot and certainly the best bet on the table. Obama comes across as downright inspirational, and when was the last time there has been such a leader in recent memory? With luck, inspiration can get things moving in the right direction. All candidates ask that you give them the benefit of the doubt and, if I were American, I would give Obama that benefit. I'm inclined to trust that he would consult with experts and authorities in their respective areas and then make sound, responsible and fair choices. I very much doubt that he would make decisions in a cloistered environment as Bush has done. Obama is clearly an intelligent man. One who I think will consider and assess a reasonably broad range of alternatives before committing himself and country.

My only concern is that there will be some rough and painful terrain to cover in the aftermath of the Bush "legacy."
