Anyone recognise from this ticket who the broker is.

No, I don't recognize it.
"Recognise" is a common misspelling or typo for: recognize, recognized.
In British English 'reconise' is the correct spelling.
Verbs in British English that can be spelled with -ise at the end (e.g. recognise) are always spelled with -ize in American English.
Therefore before you criticise / criticize make sure your facts are correct.
