Is it just me? That Dennis Neale douchebag is a wannabe Cramer. He yells and screams and gets confrontational with the guests all the time.

I don't know how Mark Haines keeps his job. He just doesn't give a f*ck and is doing the absolute minimum to get his paycheck.

 

I think he's a little surprised as well that they employ him. His attitude is funny at times, but not very professional. I think they keep him around just so Erin has someone to rip on.
