who is the guy calling the exchange

so I go to this prop firm, and on the loud speaker there is the guy seems like he's from one of the trading pits anouncing some price? kinda like giving a play by play.

Who is this guy and what does he do?

 

you mean in futures right ?

most likely its a "Squawk" box from the SP500 futures
pit in chicago
