The posts are too varied and complex for a bot to have generated - if they truly were the product of a bot then it is a very sophisticated one. Much more likely is the simple answer - the posts are a product of a lonely, bored and rather one-dimensional troll. Why don't the mods permanently ban him? I guess its all about the post count - quantity not quality.
if in the very unlikely scenario that it is a human how old do you think it is? it must be a young kid right? That would make alot of sense. I don't think the ignore button would be sufficient.. I suspect it has other aliases as shown in this thread
Instead of assuming that, why don't you put him on ignore and IF you see another poster acting the same way you can...put him on ignore too! Problem solved.
