  2. ...to remember '50s cartoons, the pompous rooster Langhorn Leghorn. And in case nobody has noticed, there's an orgy of adoration transpiring in the Short Term Trading thread, where all the sobersided folk are.

  5. ...that was his stage name. His real name was Langhorn Leghorn. He's still alive, though enfeebled, in the Screen Actor's Guild rest home in Beverly Hills.

  8. Bollinger, it's Sunday night! Set your ET posting MACD oscillator up. Precisely at 9:30 ET the posting rate drops precipitously. When the morning doldrums set in, the steam gets let off and the BS flies. NOBODY is going to offer anything of substance here, because it cost us too much money to develop. About the best you can hope for is not-too-bad advice to newbies.

Smitty, the SI hypostomus is an impostomus. All my family are emigrees from South America, the Amazon region specifically. Here in the States we are distinguished for having cornered the domestic market for in-home cleaning of aquaria. As elephant circumcisers say, "The pay's not good, but the tips are big."

  10. ...I think you are on to something. I have noticed that many of the most interesting threads turn into circle-jerks, and that there are about 3-4 such (circles, not jerks, which are much more abundant). Applying the multiple personality hypothesis to this will find the answer. Another way is to analyze which of the most obnoxious posters DOESN'T post to this thread for fear of giving himself away. Most of us are spoken for. Who is missing?
