Of course they do. They also have a choice when or not if they
want to use birth control.

I have read that 1% of all abortions are because of rape or incest. I really doubt if it is even that high though.

But, in this case I am all FOR abortion.

Or in the case if the mother is 100% going to die if she has the baby.

 

How about you telling us in graphic terms how unborn babies
are killed before they get to live a full life like you and me?

And how about an example of how these killed babies are experimented on
like the Nazi's would of done if they were still here, in charge?

into this discussion. I was just trying to respond to you using
your "God" (or someone's God?) to try to answer to your post.

From here on, lets just assume we don't know if God exists or not.

I also wanted to say that babies get aborted because of a Supreme court decision.

the insurgent's crazy killing of Iraqi civilians and American Soldier's

So you are denying that all the above examples contain violations to the sanctity of life? Murder, rape, neglect, torture, terror; none of these things infringe on how “precious” life is? So they are “ridiculous” examples of human suffering?

Like I said before, I used all of the above examples to discredit the logic you use as the primary basis of your position. The fact that you are attempting to evade, rather than rebut, speaks volumes about your hypocritical nature. Yes sir, I am most certainly intelligent enough to know the differences between abortion and all these other issues. What I am flabbergasted about is that you don’t appear to be “smart enough” to recognize the similarities.

My lesson to teenagers about this subject is: if you use drugs, then you are forfeiting control of your mind. Alcohol is also a drug BTW.

First of all, I said it was “simply one example of many reasons”. What? This one not good enough for you? You want to hear about the unwanted children that are beaten and battered? You want to hear about babies burned with cigarettes? You want to hear about the ones that are locked away, tortured and starved? Perhaps none of them are as “precious” since they’ve already been born? Perhaps none of their fates are nearly as bad as not being born?

Like I said before; you are assuming that everyone else has the same familial and social support structures that you and your family have. You assume all pregnant women have similar “safe” circumstances and environments in their lives that the women in your life have. You assume that forcing unwanted pregnancies to delivery won’t lead to an increase in neglected and tortured children. You assume all unwanted babies will simply be snatched up by the right people and they’ll be loved and properly cared for.

I am not so arrogant as to assume anything. When a pregnant teen tells me her father will beat her, I give her the benefit of the doubt. When a cheating wife impregnated by a lover tells me her husband will kill her, I give her the benefit of the doubt. I am not so arrogant to pass judgement upon a pregnant woman’s choices about her life. I am not so arrogant to assume I know what the best solution is for her problems. However, you seem to be.

By the way: Its doesn’t take alcohol for motor vehicle deaths. It doesn’t take drugs to exhibit addictive behavior.
