Nitro, personally I´m not interested in fundemental crap but the French company is Carrefour and they are the Walmart of Europe, so to speak. They are focusing in expansion in their home turf for now. Last year they bought Pryca in Spain and have finished converting all their stores. Their strategy would not fit with a purchase of KM because they would then be the underdog.
