They are all profitable equally, just most only know one method and little about the others, I actively trade all styles and it's purely about capital in play (investing) compared to effort (day trading). I write in various places and just gave them the single 'trick' to the markets that allows them to bypass the 5,000hr breakeven to be profitable from day one, and precisely because it shouldn't work it does work.
I don't agree. Each style has different requirements. Depending on the qualifications of the trader, he has to choose what works best for him. It is statistically almost impossible that the three styles give the same returns. Only one can will fit as being the best.
Who is more profitable? Short term trading (Shorter time frames, scalping) 11 vote(s) 57.9% Long term trading (Longer time frames, Swing trading) 6 vote(s) 31.6% Investing (Warren Buffet style) 2 vote(s) 10.5% Something very wrong with the dishonest people here. If you see all the postings in this forum, thousands of members said : - never never do day trading. It is impossible to earn $$$$ - Don't use the seconds/minutes chart to trade. Use the hours/day/week chart to trade - always invest and HODL. Hold it for years / decades. The best investment strategy is BUY and FORGET. Or Even better, hold it until DEATH!!!!!! BUT The vote says otherwise.
1. This web site is for "elitetrader". 2. The votes are aspirational. 3. Not that many Warren Buffett types live here.
