You are declining to answer why you are unwilling to reveal what country you live in. Why is that?

You state that you "prefer not to tell us what country you live in" and that is ok with me, just as the USA perfers to attack Iraq which is also ok with me.

So, I guess we agree having a preference is justification to act or decline to act.
