Very, very few basements down here in South Florida (hit water only couple of feet below ground level) but from what I remember growing up back north basement creatures also had to deal with "dirty water" backing up when rain water comes in phewwwww!!

There might be a handful of retail traders that "made it" that are not in the public eye, those mentioned down thread seem to be the ones that are in the public eye. What benefit does that get you if not selling a service or seeking prestige?
