  1. So, how often does Fox News challenge republican liars?

  2. They dont need to, the MSM challenges them on everything and the NY Times will even go as far as to lie for the Democrats and bury stories of success.

  3. They don't need to?

What part of fair and balanced doesn't challenge lying on both sides?

    Too funny....

  4. Fair and balanced meaning they will have people from both sides of the aisle for a debate.

What simple minded people don't understand is that Fox during the prime time hours are OPINION shows not OBJECTIVE REPORTING. See O'rielly and Hannnity analyze the news and present their OPINION about it where as NBC, CBS, ABC and newspapers like the NY Times are supposed to be OBJECTIVE but they are not.

That's the difference that lefties just can't seem to comprehend.

  6. Ok, let's try a different tack...

Republicans were ina majority in the Senate when it went to vote.

    They didn't vote him out.

If they 'wanted' him out, why didn't they vote him out at that time ?

  7. A two-thirds Senate vote is required for impeachment.

  8. Take a civics class. A simple majority is not enough to impeach in the Senate.

The repubs never had enough votes, that's what made the whole thing stupid, as they knew they couldn't impeach in the Senate, even if they did win in the House.

Genuine waste of money, knowing you can't win, but doing it anyway, right?

Isn't that the point of view of the repubs toward the dems these days?

  10. Yes I know-

But that wasn't the point of my question. I phrased it wrong. My bad.

To be more direct, what were these 'lesser charges' ?
