Drunken Daytona commissioner arrested after punching man A Daytona Beach city commissioner was arrested early Sunday after he allegedly punched a 66-year-old man, WFTV.com is reporting. Robert Gilliland was arrested on a battery charge, and has since bonded out of jail. He is accused of punching 66-year-old Alan Robinson outside the Pelican Bay subdivision after an argument. Gilliland showed signs of intoxication but was not arrested on a DUI charge because he wasn't behind the wheel when officers arrived, according to WFTV. Breaking News Robert Gilliland In 2010, Gilliland's ex-wife Cindy was arrested on a charge of second-degree murder after she fatally stabbed her boyfriend in the chest with a kitchen knife. She was later sentenced to 15 years' probation. http://www.orlandosentinel.com/business/
. . . But what the events in Keene suggest is that white folks often test the bounds and limits of public decency and order with little long-term reprisal. There were some arrests, and some tear gas. But no dead bodies. No stigma about white anger. No come to Jesus meetings about White America’s problem children. No public discourse about these “menaces to society.” As many commentators on Twitter pointed out, there’ll be no articles about the absence of white leadership, or about how white folks just need to learn respect for public property. How does it feel to be white? Does it feel like freedom? Freedom to piss on people and property with impunity? Freedom to burn shit up and live to tell about it? Freedom to threaten old people and wake up the next morning and chalk it up to drunkenness? License to kill? This isn’t just about civility. This is, as are most things in this country, about stark and disparate forms of racial treatment. This is about the ways that white threat is largely illegible as “threat.” This is about the fact that a band of wild, drunken black college kids could not have turned over cars, threatened old people, and shouted about killing the cops and lived. more . . .

Sounds like you're replying to douche bag ... trying to compare what went on in NH to something like Ferguson is comparing apples to oranges. The white kids were hammered and partying .. they were not looting stores. City Manager John A. McLean said that aside from at least one flipped car, several broken car windshields and four or five lampposts pulled out of the ground on the Keene State campus, damage to city property had been minimal.
"Aside from . . . " Now that's funny. Reminds me of the old joke "aside from all that, Mrs. Lincoln, how did you enjoy the play?"
And the only blacks who have grievances are living in the past. Go read Jason Rileys' book ... then you can see that he, as a black, despises liberals who think they are actually helping blacks. Thus, the book title: Please Stop Helping Us - How Liberals Make It Harder for Blacks to Succeed
