    yeah, well those republican’s are also counting on rents to be paid. The dominos are in place, the extent by which it ripples through our society remains to be seen.

  5. Look at the wholesale liquidation of MBS like Bxmt. Reminds me of 2008 when I bought a ton of PHK at ($2.90s) because of dividend suspended plus nobody showed up for ABS Auctions. They always know something in my opinion, their paid to. Also, Ichan is short paper so what did his high paid analysts discover?

    Companies just need to pull themselves up by the bootstraps and stop eating avocado toast and drinking expensive coffee.

    Why can't they build an emergency fund of 6 months or more?
