That has been a good topic for talk radio recently. The pharmacist is a good shot, head shot the first time... It's cool that the community is supporting him. It's cool that one more welfare psychopath is off the rolls and off the streets.. I don't think it's cool to pump bullets into a guy that is unconscious though... he could have taken all weapons off the guy and watched to see if the other shooter came back... it seems more like a rage killing than just adrenalin pumping. Maybe he had been robbed /insulted /menaced and had to listen to the 10,000 watt car stereos blasting foul language just one too many times right there... maybe he comes to ET and pays attention to all the trolls, who knows... And really, the robber was bleeding, they were in a pharmacy, the pharmacist should have injected him with some adrenaline and a blood thinner
While I personally have no issue with what the pharmacist did I can see why he was charged. If you're going to shoot a perpetrator repeatedly it's generally better (in the eyes of the law/courts) to do it all at once. You don't want to walk away then come back and dispense a coup de grâce.
