so at anyrate, this guy discovers that the company he is President and CEO of has been making payments to the tune of $600 million to an outfit in the Caymen Islands that he has never heard of. He hires Price Waterhouse to get to the bottom of it. While he is out of the country, the board calls an emegency meeting. He shows up and they unanimously vote to terminate him. They don't even let him say a word at the meeting. Now he's hoping they will sue him for making false allegations so he can get the whole thing settled in court.
