Which segment is more profitable, equity or commodity

I want to know which segment is profitable equity or commodity as I want to do investment.

 

More volatility in stock, more leverage in commodity.. what do you need? leverage or volatility?

 

At your limited level of experience you should likely start with equities, you will lose your money less quickly.

If you are asking others this question, chances are you're not ready.
Which profitable trader asks others for this sort info, you should have laid enough foundations to be able to work it out yourself.
Does a carpenter ask his competitors how to build a house?
It's not that competitors wish to keep their secrets, but more about you not being prepared.
And going the leverage route while unprepared/untrained is a disaster waiting to happen for you and the usual windfall for others.
When you are in the position to tell others which commodities are best to trade at this point in time, you are just about ready to go.
