Well in Chicago it's the ones that are in options and futures. No equity firm trains you really they just churn and burn, especially if they make you put 5k down. Find a firm that has a salary. Not a draw down. This guarantees that the company will train you because they want you to become successful. Just my two cents, what do I know.
