Which platform works best under pressure?

Hi,

I am anticipating a big down day pretty soon, which may put many trading platforms under pressure. I have not traded during other big down days, and would like to know if anyone has any positive experiences which they can share with major retail firms such as Fidelity, Scottrade, Schwab, IB, etc, during really heavy down days. Thanks.

Well, 2 sawhorses and a few 2x4s are a fairly good start.
