I know that on most CFD broker it can trade almost 24 hrs. But on price chart, I think price don't active all day. Can you tell me... which is the time that the professional trader really trade Light Sweet Crude Oil (WTI) and S&P future ? Sorry for my English
You guys are so bad CL trades with most liquidity from 9:00am until 2:30 p.m. Eastern Time. From 2:00 - 2:30 the price action can be very erratic.
Times that are not good for trading Crude Oil for me as 16:30-03:00EST, the volume is super light. You can do one lot but the slippage can be tough. As far as the ES, 08:00 to 8:45 sometimes there is movement, and of course the day session. But during night, Dax is first as ES can't handle volume.
