If you're looking at IB but want better charts/functionality, then you can use MotiveWave with IB as the broker/data connection.
I agree that on the chart functionality it is better to support IB platform with a better supplier of charts - provider of that you can find also in your origin country i guess. an excellent support software for trading and price confirmation is Bookmap.
With our version 6 beta 2 (being released very soon), we would be similar to Bookmap with our DOM, DOM history study and Big Trades Study.
