Well, anyone selling/renting their systems instead of running them on their own is suspecious. My understanding of what this guy is doing is that he has a few systems which he chooses when and how agressively to trade or not at all. This makes it a bit discretionary, but in my opinion correct approach because very few short term systems can be run in any market environment(opinion). So you end up simply paying someone to trade your money for you ... Just because they claim to be fully automated doesn't mean there is no human intervention. I think it's just a marketing ploy to assure investors that back test results will translate into similar future performance.
