Which -irresponsible- companies will benefit more from refinancing debt near 0%?

    The Federal Reserve will make easy for these -irresponsible- companies to refinance their debt at near 0% interests.

    GE tops the list?

    Plus no one in their right mind would ever refinance GE becuase they will not get their money back. Oops! I thought you said GM, but GE applies too I guess.
