Which games resemble the game of trading the most?

  1. Anyone who thinks that trading is a game, please contact me. I'll give you my address so that you can just send me a check to save you the time and humiliation of being eaten alive.

  2. Oh I was talking about 1 on 1 deathmatch. When trading im not afraid to be read at all. I mostly follow my system, but sometimes I break my rules. I find my mechanical system not flexible enough to take advantage of everything I see following the market. I look at what is as opposed to what should be.

slots - because it shows you that when you're hoping for success you believe what you want to believe even though hard math tells you that there's almost no chance of succeeding.

  9. No. He knows the machine is rigged to make him lose. He thinks that the markets are rigged as well.

slot machines are not rigged. the odds are against the player and the player knows it, but he keeps playing anyway.

the market is not rigged in the long run. it may or may not be rigged in the short run. the odds are overwhelmingly against the trader with a small account and he knows it, but he keeps trading anyway.

the reason why most people trade is very similar to the reason why most people play slots. how most people feel when they trade is very similar to how most people feel when they play slots.
